I help clients navigate a range of concerns including anxiety, depression, trauma, relationship challenges, life transitions, identity development, and spiritual exploration. I work to support people in building a connection with the inner guidance that is our natural source of healing and growth.
Much of our suffering comes from relationships — and so does much of our healing. Therapy can be a place where you experience what it’s like to be truly seen, heard, and accepted. This kind of relational safety can begin to repair wounds caused by past disconnection or harm. At the heart of effective therapy are the conditions that support healing: empathy, authenticity, and unconditional caring. I strive to meet each client with a presence that is compassionate, attuned, and genuinely human.
