    Walk and Talk or Eco-Therapy

Walk and Talk Therapy integrates the healing benefits of nature, movement, and mindful presence with the depth of relational psychotherapy. This approach invites us out of the conventional therapy room and into an embodied, spacious process — walking side-by-side in a natural setting. Time in nature has been shown to reduce stress hormones, regulate the nervous system, boost mood, and enhance cognitive functioning. These effects can create a fertile ground for emotional processing and personal insight.

Walking outdoors can create a sense of ease and groundedness that supports emotional openness and the uncovering of new perspectives. The benefits of being in nature — such as reduced stress, a more regulated nervous system, and improved mood and focus — promote internal conditions that foster deeper therapeutic work. When we feel more at ease and grounded in our bodies, we’re often better able to explore vulnerable emotions, reflect with greater clarity, and connect with what truly matters. This modality honors the intelligence of the body and the healing potential of connection with the natural world. It can be especially helpful if you feel more comfortable processing in motion or just want to incorporate nature into your therapeutic journey.

Psychedelic Integration and Ketamine Assisted Psychotherapy

Psychedelic experiences, whether intentional, spontaneous, ceremonial, or therapeutic, can open powerful doors to access insight, emotion, and transformation. They can also sometimes stir vulnerability, confusion, or unresolved material. Having a therapeutic space to process and integrate these experiences can make a meaningful difference in how they impact your life.

I am continually inspired by the opportunity to support clients in building a connection with their own inner guidance. It is an honor to witness this natural source of healing and growth emerge - especially as it becomes amplified by the potent synergy between psychedelic experience and the therapeutic process. These paths converge in an expansive way leading toward greater self-awareness, emotional depth, and a felt sense of meaning that often transcends words alone.

I offer preparation and integration therapy for those choosing to engage with psychedelics outside of my practice. I also offer Ketamine Assisted Therapy, which additionally includes in-session support for your experience with prescribed medicine.  My approach is rooted in the Psychedelic Harm Reduction and Integration (PHRI) model developed by Fluence, where I have received specialized training.

Our work may include exploring themes or imagery that surfaced during your experience, making sense of non-ordinary states of consciousness, addressing emotional or nervous system responses, and clarifying what may have been revealed about your values, relationships, or sense of self. Whether you're seeking to prepare thoughtfully, process what’s arisen, or translate insights into sustainable change, I’m here to walk with you supportively on your journey.
